My work sits at the intersection of design and engineering. I focus on products where complexity is unavoidable: large datasets, layered workflows and real operational constraints.
I’m most effective in environments that value clear thinking, strong collaboration, and products that need to work reliably at scale.
How I work
A few principles that guide how I approach product work.
Clarity Over Cleverness
I prioritize clear structure and usability over visual novelty. If a product is complex, the interface shouldn’t be.
Systems, Not Screens
I design at the system level, considering data models, states, edge cases and flows early, so products scale beyond their first release.
Design That Ships
I work closely with engineering, and often write the front-end code myself, so ideas translate cleanly into production.
Business Context Matters
Good design balances user needs, technical constraints and business goals. Ignoring any one of them leads to fragile products.
Experience
I’ve worked on data-heavy products, from FMCG analytics dashboards used by decision-makers to logistics and energy platforms, collaborating with product, engineering, data and leadership teams to ship production-ready systems.

I also mentor aspiring designers on product fundamentals and portfolios, and run a social impact initiative that equips young Africans with practical tech skills.
